1 lb. Great Northern beans
2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. cayenne
6 c. chicken broth
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
