Quick Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. ground beef
    2 (1 lb.) jars spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. Ricotta or dry curd cottage cheese
    1 egg
    3/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked as directed on package
Preparation
