Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken filets (1 per person)
    green peppers, chopped
    onions, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    corn or flour tortillas
    Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Saute peppers and onions.
    Add soup and sour cream and bring to a boil.
    Cook chicken and cut up.
    Cut up tortillas and layer tortillas, chicken and sauce in casserole (2 layers each).
    Top with cheeses.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
