Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour, sifted
    1 sweet potato, grated
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 11-inch dish (greased and floured).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. This can be frozen.
