Mexican Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans refried beans
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain and add taco seasoning mix.
    Set aside.
    Warm refried beans in bottom of a medium size rectangular pan.
    Cover beans with sour cream, then spoon ground beef mixture over the sour cream.
    Melt Velveeta cheese with Ro-Tel tomatoes; pour over the entire pan.
    Serve with taco chips and watch it disappear.
    (This can be prepared ahead of time, just simple heat in microwave until good and hot.)
