Ingredients

4 c. sliced carrots
2 Tbsp. light margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation

Cook and drain carrots.
Melt margarine in saucepan; stir in sugar, cornstarch, salt and cloves.
Add orange juice and stir until thick.
Pour over carrots and serve.
Yield:
6 to 8 servings.
Excellent for low-fat diets.
