Ingredients

5 to 6 sliced sun-dried tomatoes
1 medium shallot, chopped
1 good sized garlic clove, chopped
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2/3 c. white wine
Preparation

Saute shallots and garlic in olive oil until soft (not brown). Add wine and tomatoes.
Bring to boil over medium-high heat and reduce heat.
Simmer 5 minutes.
