Albondigas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    dash of pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped onions
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and place in ungreased shallow baking dish.
    Broil 20 minutes.
