Rhubarb Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    2 to 4 c. rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix above ingredients together.
    Spread 1/2 mixture into 1 quart baking dish.
    Put in rhubarb and 1 1/2 cups sugar.
    Spread remaining batter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
