Magic-Quick Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In heavy saucepan, combine chocolate and Eagle Brand.
Over low heat, cook and stir until chocolate melts and mixture thickens (about 10 minutes).
Remove from heat.
Stir in water and cool. Stir in vanilla.
Use to frost 1 (8 or 9-inch) 2-layer cake. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
