Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken, cooked (remove skin and bone and cut in bite size pieces)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
    3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix soup and sour cream.
    Pour over chicken and put in greased casserole.
    Mix margarine and Ritz crackers.
    Spread over chicken mixture.
    Sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon poppy seed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown, about 45 minutes.
