Strawberry Mousse Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry-flavored gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    When dissolved, add cold water. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt and add to gelatin mixture, beating thoroughly.
    Chill until partially set, then whip fluffy. Fold in strawberries.
    Pour into a mold and chill several hours.
