Pistachio Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 small pistachio pudding (instant)
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. water
    4 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix cake mix and pudding together dry.
    Pour oil, water, eggs and sour cream.
    Beat; set aside.
    Mix in small bowl sugar and cinnamon.
    Grease 2 large loaf pans.
    Layer cake mixture, then sugar/cinnamon mixture, making 3 layers, cinnamon/sugar last. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
