Christmas Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. jar processed dill pickles
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
    1 tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish or 1 tsp. powdered horseradish
Preparation
    Drain pickles and discard liquid.
    Slice each pickle lengthwise into quarters.
    As you repack the pickle strips into the jar, add remaining ingredients, alternating with pickles.
