Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cold chicken
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. toasted almonds
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. chopped celery
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    3/4 c. cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 small jar chopped pimento pepper
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips (can use Ritz crackers or cornflakes, crushed)
Preparation
    Spray 9 x 14-inch baking dish with Pam.
    Combine all, except cheese, almonds and potato chips.
    Put into baking dish.
    Top with cheese, almonds and potato chips.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve 8.
