Crab And Pepper Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine (1/2 stick)
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. small red potatoes, cooked and cut into fourths
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat, thawed, drained and cartilage removed or salad style imitation crabmeat, thawed
Preparation

Heat margarine in a 10-inch skillet until melted.
Cook onion, bell pepper and garlic in margarine over medium heat, stirring in remaining ingredients.
Cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until hot.
Makes 8 servings.
