Dieter'S Delite Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large eggs, separated
    1/4 c. cake flour, sifted
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Pour egg whites into a large bowl; warm to room temperature, about 1 hour.
    Measure sifted flour with 3/4 cup sugar; re-sift. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat (at medium speed) egg whites with salt and tartar until stiff peaks form.
    At high speed, beat in 1 cup sugar (1/4 cup at a time), beating well after each addition. Sprinkle 1/4 cup flour mixture over whites.
    Fold in 15 strokes with a wire whisk until all flour disappears.
    Continue until all flour mixture is gone.
    Gently push in ungreased 10-inch tube pan. Remove all air bubbles with a knife through batter.
    Smooth top of cake.
