Barbecue Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can buttermilk biscuits
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
    Flatten into 5-inch circles. Place each one in the bottom and sides of a greased muffin pan. Set pan aside.
    Brown ground meat and drain well.
    Mix brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar and chili powder.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add to meat and mix well.
    Divide meat mixture among biscuit lined pan (about 1/4-cup) for each.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
