Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 large apples, chopped
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, egg and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients, then apples and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
