Cabbage And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large head cabbage
    3 Tbsp. butter
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop cabbage fine.
    Add salt.
    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes, then squeeze liquid out.
    Cook noodles in salted water.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
    In a large skillet, saute cabbage in butter until golden and transparent.
    Add pepper.
    Stir in drained noodles; warm and serve.
