Apricot Kolache - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. RapidRise dry yeast (check date on pkg.)
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. Fleischmann's sweet unsalted margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks and 2 whole eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon rind
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    7 c. sifted Gold Medal flour (sometimes a little more or less)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and 2 tablespoons sugar. Set aside.
