Soft Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo (blue label)
1/3 c. Mazola
1/2 c. black coffee
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add raisins and stir well.
Mix together the Karo syrup, Mazola and coffee.
Drop unbeaten eggs into dry ingredients.
Add liquids and stir well.
Put in an 8 x 8-inch cake pan.
Bake in a slow oven for about 45 minutes.
