Cajun Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, divided
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1 3/4 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    6 Tbsp. fish stock
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
    cooked rice or pasta
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter.
    Add onions, salt, garlic, peppers, basil, thyme and oregano; stir well.
    Add shrimp; saute until pink, about 1 minute, shaking the pan.
    Add mushrooms, stock and remaining butter.
