Hunter'S Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken, cut up
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
mixed dried herbs (optional)
Preparation

Cut chicken in serving pieces.
Saute in oil until well browned and tender, about 25 minutes.
Remove from pan and keep warm.
In the same pan, saute mushrooms and onion.
Add tomato paste and herbs.
Cook about 4 minutes, then pour over the chicken.
Serve with boiled noodles with poppy seed and a green salad.
