Quick Vichyssoise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. light cream
    packaged instant mashed potatoes (enough for 4 servings)
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. whipped cream cheese with onion
    snipped chives
Preparation
    Combine water, snipped parsley and the chicken bouillon cubes in a saucepan.
    Cover and bring to a boil, stirring until the bouillon cubes dissolve.
    Remove from heat; add light cream.
    Stir in instant mashed potatoes.
    Cool at room temperature for 15 minutes.
