Haselnuss-Stangen(Austrian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    2 c. flour
    1/2 lb. crushed hazelnuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add egg yolks, flour and hazelnuts.
    Roll dough into bars about the size of a finger and cut into 3-inch pieces.
    Brush with a beaten egg and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 12 to 15 minutes.
