Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 oz. can shrimp, drained
    1 tsp. onion, chopped fine
    1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in small mixer bowl; blend on low speed. Beat on medium speed until fluffy, scraping sides and bottom of bowl.
    Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
    Put mixture in serving dish and add garnish as desired.
    Serve with party rye or crackers.
