Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat (beef, pork or chicken)
1 medium onion or 1/2 c. green onion
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. carrots
1/3 c. water chestnuts
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. garlic
cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Cook meat. Chop remaining ingredients very fine or run through a food processor.
Return all ingredients to large skillet and cook until tender.
Place 1 teaspoonful in wonton wraps and deep-fry.
Serve hot with Sweet and Sour Sauce.
