Broiled Swordfish With Apricot-Mustard Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. apricot jam
1 1/4 lb. swordfish steaks (also good with tuna, shark, salmon, chicken or flank steak)
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    4 radishes, coarsely grated
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
Combine jam and mustard in a small bowl. Spread half of glaze evenly over one side of steaks.
Broil about 4-inches from heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side, depending on thickness of steaks or fillets, or until fish is opaque in center and begins to flake when touched with fork.
Spread steaks with remaining glaze after turning over.
Cut into 4 equal portions if necessary.
To serve, garnish steaks with shredded radish.
    Yields 4 servings.
