Shrimp And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 large onion
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can mushroom soup
    dash of garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 bell pepper, cut in rings
Preparation
    Cover cooked and peeled shrimp with sliced onions and sauteed mushrooms.
    Place in shallow dish and cover with Italian dressing for at least 24 hours.
