"Low-Fat Biscuits" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. low-fat butter
    3/4 c. cold low-fat or skim milk
Preparation
    Heat oven at 450\u00b0.
    Cut butter into flour until particles are fine like crumbs.
    Add milk and stir with fork only until dough leaves side of bowl.
    Turn dough out onto lightly floured board; knead just until smooth.
    Roll dough out about 1/2 inch thick and cut with floured cutter.
    Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 12 to 14 biscuits.
