Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
    3/4 c. Miracle whip
    1 can sweet corn
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 c. crushed tortilla chips, divided
    2 c. shredded Colby/Jack cheese (or Cheddar)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meat and drain.
    Stir in salsa, corn dressing and chili powder.
    Layer 1/2 of each meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
    Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes, if desired.
    Yields 6 servings.
