Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey or ground beef
    1/2 c. minced onions
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all and shape into small balls, then brown.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Great to make ahead and freeze for parties.
    Use 1 can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup for gravy, with a few drops of Kitchen Bouquet.
    (Can be browned by baking in the oven.)
