Squash Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium butternut or acorn squash
    2 Tbsp. rosemary
    salt and pepper
    Asiago cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash in 350\u00b0 oven until tender.
    Allow to cool, then peel and mash.
    Add rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.
    Spread squash into a buttered 13 x 9 pan.
    Shred Asiago cheese and completely cover top of squash.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly.
    Serves 8.
