Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. green beans
6 slices bacon
1 small onion, diced
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Cook beans
in\tsalted\twater until tender; drain.
Fry bacon until
crisp; reserve grease.
Mix crumbled bacon, beans and onion.
Combine
bacon
grease,
vinegar
and brown sugar; heat to boiling.
Pour over beans just before serving.
