Swiss Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    5 oz. Swiss cheese, diced small or grated
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small rib celery, chopped
    1 tsp. salt or Vege-Sal
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0. With clean hands, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl until the mixture is well blended. Pack the meat into 1 large loaf pan or 2 small ones. Bake a large loaf for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours. Bake 2 small loaves for 1 1/4 hours. Yield: 8 servings.
