White Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 egg whites
1 c. Crisco
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream sugar and Crisco.
Add buttermilk, egg whites and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients and add to mixture. Pour in greased cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
