Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
Preparation
    Blend sugar and flour together.
    Combine egg yolks and milk. Combine these 2 mixtures.
    Cook slowly, stirring constantly, over low heat until thick.
    Add butter and coconut; blend well.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Let cool.
    Cover with meringue and bake for 10 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
