Marcheta'S Peach Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    4 c. peaches (if frozen peaches used, drain)
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together.
    Add flour (dough will be stiff).
    Add peaches (drained if frozen fruit is used).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar while slightly warm.
    May be topped with whipped topping when served, if desired.
