Szechuan Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. unhomogenized peanut butter
1/2 ??? plain nonfat yogurt
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp. dark sesame oil
1/2 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Refrigerate in tightly covered container.
Yields 1 cup.
