Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unbleached flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
4 very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. apple juice concentrate
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. raisins
3 egg whites
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all wet ingredients together.
In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Do not overmix; if you do bread will not rise. Spray a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray or use nonstick loaf pan.
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Cool, slice and serve.
