Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. diced fresh apples
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
Stir in apples, nuts and flour. Add vanilla and stir (do not use mixer).
Do not preheat oven. Place in cold oven for 65 minutes at 325\u00b0.
For best results, use ring pan.
