Bacon Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bacon, fried and chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
    24 cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Dice
    bacon
    and
    fry
    until
    crisp.
    Drain and cool on paper towel.
    In\tmedium\tbowl,
    mix
    bacon, green onions and mayonnaise.
    Remove
    stems\tfrom
    tomatoes.
    Place tomatoes on cutting
    board
    and slice a small portion off top of tomatoes. With
    small
    spoon\tscoop
    out
    the center of tomatoes.
    Drain tomatoes
    for
    10 minutes.\tYou may add a little pulp of tomato if desired.
    Fill tomato with bacon mixture.
    Taste and if salt and pepper is desired, add to mixture and stuff tomatoes. Put in refrigerator.
    Chill and serve.
