Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 block mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 glass wine (any brand)
1 Tbsp. flour
1 loaf French bread
Preparation

Grate cheese; add wine and flour.
Put in a double boiler on top of stove.
Melt nice and hot.
(Add more wine if needed to thin.)
Cut French bread in cubes.
With a fork, dip bread in melted cheese and eat while hot.
