Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. peeled, quartered potatoes (2 1/2 lb.)
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1 pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)
    1 tsp. onion powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    Paprika
Preparation
    Add potatoes and enough water to cover in 4 quart saucepan. Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat to medium; cook 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
    Drain well.
    Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in salad dressing, cream cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper until light and fluffy.
    Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover tightly and freeze.
    To serve, thaw casserole.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake
    1-1 1/4 hours or until thoroughly heated.
    Serves 10 to 12.
    (Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes if you don't freeze casserole.)
