Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. plain flour, sifted
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped raw apples
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Beat first three ingredients together, then add rest of ingredients and beat well.
Add apples and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
