Chicken Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
    1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 jar (1 c.) salsa
    10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    Uncle Ben's fiesta rice (1 box) or you can substitute Lipton's Spanish rice
    1 bag tortilla chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Cook chicken in skillet until done (browned and juices evaporate), stirring often. Add soup and salsa and heat through. Spread about 1/3 cup mixture on half of each tortilla. Moisten edge of tortilla with water; fold and seal. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly browned and hot. Serve with fiesta rice and tortilla chips and salsa.
