Cucumber Cream Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-inch slice unpeeled cucumber, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    garlic salt to taste
    few drops green coloring
    a little cress
Preparation
    Sprinkle cucumber with salt.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Mash cheese with wooden spoon in bowl to a smooth paste.
    Work in cucumber, onion, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
    Add garlic salt.
    Dip a skewer into green food coloring and color mixture pale green.
    Garnish with cress.
