Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini, unpeeled
    1 c. Bisquick mix
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix
    all ingredients, pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cut into squares and serve cold.
