Meat Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. creole mustard
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    6 c. red wine
    1 tsp. onion powder
    4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Marinade beef or pork overnight or 8 hours.
    Baste meat while cooking.
